FINIAN SUMMIT FOUNDATION
We are driven to carry forward the ripple of love and strength Fin began — reaching hearts, offering hope, and standing beside heart warriors & caregivers affected by Congenital Heart Defects (CHD).

For Fin. For Hearts. For Hope.

in-home nurses
Heart warriors and their families are at the heart of all we do. We know firsthand the challenges that come with living with CHD and how medical care can often become all-consuming.
We were blessed to be surrounded by caregivers who were committed to helping Fin live the most fulfilling life possible, despite all of his medical complexities, and want to help create lasting memories for other families in his honor.
Fin's home nursing team was instrumental to keeping Fin home and helping him thrive. We never would have made it without them and are blessed to still consider them family.
Many families walking similar paths aren't as fortunate. In-home nurses are scarce, and the system makes it challenging to find and keep them. We strongly believe more should be done to support them and families to promote greater consistency of care.
